For patients on private health insurance, please note that we can only accept UK policies that cover all hospital costs. You must pay for all services not covered by your policy.
We accept payment by major UK credit and debit cards. We cannot accept payment by cash, check or Diners card.
Card payments can be made through our online payment portal. Please include your reference number and name when paying.
A non-refundable administration fee of £150 will be charged in the event of cancellation. If you cancel your booking after antenatal or midwife appointments but do not deliver in hospital, the cancellation fee is £800.

Any additional tests or services not included in your package will be billed separately on the day of admission.
Our maternity packages do not include consultant, anesthetist or neonatologist fees. These charges are separate from hospital charges and are assessed and billed separately.
If you have your baby on the NHS at St Thomas’ Hospital, you can choose to stay in a dedicated private room in the Westminster Maternity Suite after the birth.
This option is not covered by health insurance and is self-pay only. The price per night is £1,050.
