How To Market Yourself As A Realtor

It’s hard to believe now, but I was once new to real estate. Although I’ve never been a real estate agent, I know what it’s like to be in this crazy industry. It has its ups and downs. It has its ups and downs. But most of all, he has opportunities, opportunities to live the life he wants. And for me, it was an opportunity to do what I love, which is real estate marketing.
New Agent Introduction Letter
In early 2014, I became the Director of Marketing for a large real estate brokerage in Central Florida. Similarly, my husband entered another part of the real estate world and began his career as a commercial agent. So I know firsthand the mental and financial pressures of starting out in real estate.
I am now an award winning, nationally recognized real estate marketer. I’ve spoken nationally, been featured in the industry’s top news outlets, and even have my own podcast. Every year my husband and his business partner exceed their previous year’s production record and are the top selling hospitality brokers in their market.
I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of real estate agents to help them achieve their goals. So if you are brand new to real estate, your options are endless. It all starts with marketing your real estate.
Marketing yourself can be a strange concept, especially if you’re uncomfortable with self-promotion or harbor thoughts of impostor syndrome.

But I have good news for you. In general, people want to see you succeed. Your friends, family, and people you know (this group is called your circle) are all rooting for you.
For strangers, you will provide them with an exceptional, personalized real estate experience because you truly care. Yes, you’ll need help along the way, but you don’t need to be passionate about your career or expertise to give to your clients.
So before you start marketing real estate, take a moment to think about why you got into real estate. What does this profession mean to you? Is it the prospect of greater financial freedom? How to spend more time with family? When you are unsure or feeling down, remember your motivation.

Because having personal branding and images with you on social media will do wonders for your marketing. We want people to associate you with real estate, so when they have real estate questions or needs, they turn to you as their resource because you named yourself that.
The first thing to consider is the choice of location. I strongly believe in the power of niche marketing, choosing to work primarily with a specific sector (agriculture) or type of customer/service.
It’s hard to market to anyone and everyone and very easy to market specifically, especially if you’re new. I recommend starting small and becoming a local expert in that area.
